1. Who these terms cover
These terms apply between No Leftover Screws (“we,” “us”) and the brand or business that orders a video, QR code, or hosted page (“you”). By sending us a manual or approving a video, you agree to these terms.
2. What we provide
We turn the assembly manuals you send into narrated videos. Each video comes with a QR code and a hosted page with chapters and a “Stuck here” button. Prices are listed in Section 6 and on our homepage, and we confirm them by email before work starts.
3. AI-generated content and your sign-off
Videos, narration, captions, and chapters are generated with AI tools and checked by automated AI reviewers. Human review of the content is not part of the service. AI output can be wrong. It can show the wrong hardware or orientation, skip a step, or leave out a safety warning.
- Before anything is published, you must review every step against your manual and your product.
- We need your written approval by email before we activate any QR code or hosted page, and before the video is distributed.
- If you distribute or publish a video, that counts as your approval of it.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and safety of the instructions you approve and publish.
We aim to correct reported errors within 2 business days at no charge. Correction is your sole remedy for errors in a video. Corrected versions also need your written approval before they replace the live video.
4. Your manuals and materials
You represent and warrant that you own, or have the rights to use, every manual, drawing, logo, product image, and other material you send us, and that our use of those materials to make, host, and update your video will not infringe anyone else’s rights.
You give us a limited license to use those materials only to make, host, and update your video. We may process your materials with third-party AI and hosting providers. Those providers are bound to use your materials only to provide the service to us. We do not use your manuals for any other purpose, and we delete them on request. We may decline or remove any material we believe you do not have the rights to use.
5. Ownership
You keep ownership of your manuals and brand assets. You keep the final MP4 and can use it on your own channels, including after you cancel hosting. We keep ownership of our tools, templates, and production pipeline. We will not use your video or your name in our marketing without your written permission.
6. Fees and payment
Our prices match our homepage:
- Your first video is free.
- After that, each video costs $99 per product, one time. It includes the full-length narrated video, a QR code and hosted page, and your MP4 to keep.
- Spanish narration costs $49 per product.
- Hosting and updates cost $9 per month per product. This keeps the QR page live, with its video and chapters, and includes free updates when your manual changes.
Payment works like this:
- Video fees are due when you approve the final video.
- Hosting is billed monthly in advance.
- Fees are non-refundable once we deliver a video. Error corrections under Section 3 are provided at no charge.
- Prices do not include taxes. You are responsible for any applicable sales, use, or similar taxes.
- If a payment is past due, we may suspend your hosted pages after notifying you by email.
- We will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before we change our prices.
You can cancel hosting at any time. Your QR page stays live through the end of the period you paid for.
7. Hosted pages
Hosted pages show your video, its chapters, and a “Stuck here” button. They do not ask your customers for product reviews or ratings. We may take a page offline if required by law or if we receive a credible rights complaint, and we will tell you when we do.
8. Product safety and labeling
You are responsible for your products and for meeting every product safety and labeling requirement that applies to them, including warnings, age grading, and any notices required on packaging or in printed manuals. A video does not replace those requirements.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it, and it is part of these terms. You are responsible for giving your own customers any privacy notices they need, including notices about your use of QR codes and hosted pages on your products and packaging.
10. No warranty
The service, the videos, and the hosted pages are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any video is free of errors or that a hosted page will be available without interruption.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to these terms or the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost sales, returns, or reputational harm, even if we were told they were possible.
12. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless No Leftover Screws and its owner from and against any third-party claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from:
- your products, including claims of bodily injury, death, or property damage;
- the content of your manuals;
- any video or instructions you approved; or
- your breach of these terms.
13. Ending the service
- Either of us can end the service at any time by email.
- We may suspend the service, including your hosted pages, if you breach these terms or do not pay.
- Fees already incurred remain due after the service ends.
- Hosted pages go offline at the end of the period you paid for.
- We delete your manuals on request.
Sections 3, 4, 5, 6 (for fees already incurred), 8, 10, 11, 12, and 15 continue to apply after the service ends.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date. Material changes take effect 30 days after we email active customers about them. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the updated terms.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.
